The Story
Slither, finding that he has no direction in life, discovers that his family was exiled from a mystical Plateau located somewhere in the American Midwest. After some soul searching, he decides to redeem his family’s mysterious shame by returning to his ancestor’s homeland. Slither is less than well-received, however, as the Plateau’s denizens have little use for his modern and eccentric ways.
Our Players
Slither

The main character of the strip. Slither’s a little more insane than your average garden snake. He makes up for odd ways with fast recovering optimism and unrelenting ambition. Though absent-minded, Slither genuinely cares about other people.
Herman

The best of Slither’s few friends, Herman has quickly learned to look passed Slither’s many faults. He also finds himself an unwilling conspirator in most of Slither’s schemes. Patient, intelligent, and compassionate, Herman exemplifies the true meaning of friendship.
Tadpole

Reluctant comrade, Tadpole likes to avoid situations that lead to massive trauma or bodily harm. While less than thrilled with many of Slither’s proclivities, he has a habit of getting involved – whether he wants to or not.
