The Internet Kicks SOPA in the PIPA

It seems to be official.  The Internet has triumphed over the interests of censorship and media conglomerates, and I for one welcome our new grass-roots overlords in what promises to be an interesting future for politics in America.

Today’s strip was actually intended for January 18th as part of the online blackout protest against the proposed SOPA/PIPA legislation being kicked about by politicians, but for a number of reasons, it didn’t pan out as originally planned. ↓ Read the rest of this entry…

The State of Building Blocks

I was at the story with the lady the other day, and it struck me how much I urgently wanted to peruse the toy section of the store. If nothing else, I wanted to get a sense of how much toys have changed since I had grown and had the world beat out my sense of wonderment and imagination.
